Commissioned art pieces come lined, colored, and simply shaded. Prices are based on complexity and time. Simple character designs may be discounted, decided on a case by case basis. I do not need a precise character reference sheet, but any kind of visual references (moodboard, digital dressup dolls, similar character art, inspiration photos etc) and/or in some cases a very detailed description is needed. Humanoid Artwork

Humanoid characters include any human characters in addition to fantasy races like elves, orcs, gnomes, etc.

• Bust: $75
• Half Body: $115
• Full Body: $150

Furry Artwork

Furry characters are anthropomorphic or regular animals. Feral furries are characters or real life animals that stand on four legs and exhibit limited physical anthropomorphism. Anthro furries refers to characters standing on two legs with more pronounced physical anthropomorphism. If you have questions about whether or not your character is “feral” or “anthro”, do not hesitate to contact me.

• Anthro Bust: $50

Add Ons

Additional elements increase the price of an art piece.

• Background: +$10-$100
  • Price is highly variable and based on complexity. Simple backgrounds are included in base price.
• Complex Character Design: +$30
  • Designs that are highly detailed that include multiple intricate elements and/or other complex design aspects will be subject to the price increase. This is decided on a case by case basis.
• Character Design: +20% of character price
  • If you do not have visual references, I will charge extra to design the character for you.
• Additional Character(s): +70% of character price

Terms of Service

By commissioning Lucky Hodgepodge (aka Lucy S.) you agree to all terms listed. They reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

Artist Usage:

• Public posting of artwork to their social media.
• Private messaging potential clients the artwork as an example.

Client can request their work to be private and/or exempt from one or more of these uses.

Prohibited Subject Matter:

• Heavy Drug Use
• Mecha
• Extreme Sexual Content
• Extreme Gore
• Certain Fetishes
• Offensive Content (determined by the artist)

Payment Policy

Artist uses PayPal for all commissions.

Options for Payment:

• PayPal Invoice
  • Half the commission amount up to $50 must be paid before commission starts. And full amount has to be paid before line art and color.
• In Person PayPal Zettle Payment
  • Full price must be paid before commission starts.

Payment plans are available for commissions over $100, but client and artist must use PayPal Invoices.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Commissions may be canceled with partial refund depending on how much work has been done at the artist’s discretion.

• A full refund is only available if no work has been done on the commission.
• Refund after sketch: Deposit is kept and remainder is refunded if full amount has been paid
• Refund after line art: 20% of total commission amount refunded
• No refunds once coloring has started.

Revision Policy

Please put all revisions in one message when looking over WIPs.

If you want anything changed from the reference you have sent, please put that in a message right away when asked for details of your commission. If you approve a WIP and then ask for more revisions a fee may be added. Any mistake on the artists part will not be subject to a fee.

• Revisions during sketch phase is included in base price.
• 3 revisions during the line art phase is allowed, anymore and there will be a fee.
• Any revisions asked that will alter the finished piece will be subject to a large fee.

Commercial Rights Policy

All commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights were discussed and purchased.

Personal Use Rights Include:

• Usage for livestreams. Examples: emotes, on screen artwork, and/or icons.
• Usage on social media. Examples: social media posts, banners, icons.
• Usage on messaging apps. Examples: emotes, icons, or messages.

Client must credit the artist for any of these uses.

Rights to use commissioned art for merchandise is not permitted unless you purchase a license.

License Rights:

• Usage of commissioned work to create and sell merchandise.
• Usage of commissioned work to advertise paid product or services.

Licenses start at $200 USD, and must be purchased for each commissioned piece individually. Clients must discuss licensing with the artist as price may change depending on certain factors such as quantity of merchandise produced and prospective revenue.

Using any art from artist Lucky Hodgepodge (aka Lucy S.), to sell and redistribute without proper licensing fee paid or as NFTs is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. A fee will be charged for improper selling/redistribution, alongside another fee as compensation.
